Citizen Charter
In order to implement the Vision 2021 declared by the current Honorable Prime Minister of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, the government attaches special importance to this sector and ensures technical assistance in the ubiquitous application and use of information and communication technology at the district, upazila and union levels; Information and communication technology facilities reaching the edge, infrastructure security provision; maintenance; implementation; 'Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)' was constituted on July 31, 2013 to ensure delivery of e-services to remote areas of the country by expanding quality control and enhancing the skills of computer professionals.
